Is "dccproc" in PATH when you run spamd? Do you also have a recent Razor2 installed? If the first answer is no, fix that. If the second answer is yes, you'll have to set dccpath in your local.cf. Recent Razor2 code (I think it was starting 2.20, but I could be off) deletes PATH on us.
