Well, those lines aren't valid for sendmail (access db doesn't do regex).
I thought they were postfix or qmail myself.

sendmail accessdb would be:

sendfree.com REJECT
hi-speedemail.com REJECT

The right side can be customized, but most people just use REJECT.
