If you have a newer sendmail, you may use the amavis milter. This way 
you don't lose procmail. 

I have tried it but found it rather slow. Finally I abandoned it and 
switched to avmailgate by h+bedv. It's free for personal use and really 
fast. Take a look at www.antivir.de. It's a german company, but they 
have an english web page too.
