My personal experience with it is that it has a high false-positive
rate.  You can get listed on SpamCop's BL for even a single misfiled
complaint (such as some bogon reporting a Klez virus as spam).  It has
happend to my servers, and it could happen to yours.  Apparently, that
is by design, so there's no point complaining to SpamCop any more.
