Like most things I guess exim is easy enough to set up for a basic mta,
it will run out of the box too, the problem is if you want to do
anything fancy then it gets harder :-) If you just want to receive mail
and pass it onto the exchange servers then that's easy. If you want to
receive mail, spam process it and then pass it on to the exchange
servers, then that's a bit more complicated. There are (generally) two
ways of configuring exim to work with sa at the moment. The exim list
has more and more people asking about using SA with exim, so both
products are obviously in good use! :-) The exim list archives will have
the messages relating to exim with SA (http://www.exim.org).
