We have Exchange as our internal mail server, and postfix on our external
mail gateway.

I recently got Spamassassin working with amavisd-new on an intermediate
Linux box. Those that want their mail scanned have their alias pointing at
the spaminator box, which then forwards onto the Exchange server. Then I
have directions up for users to set up a rule to filter the tagged email to
a spam box.

Works pretty damn well. Do a search for amavisd-new if you want to go this
route.

I think sendmail has an easier way to do it (milter?), but I won't touch
that thing anymore. It's already caused too much pain in my lifetime.
