Well, at this stage I think it's fair enough to retire delivery support. Everyone who's doing this should be using procmail, or Mail::Audit. I suggest for the next release we flag this right at the top of the README, download page, and release notices, and in the code just spit out a warning and "exit 75" (to avoid lost mail).
