Why in the world would you (the message originator) have a reason to
think that everyone is blocking your netblock?  You haven't been
spamming people, have you?  "Opt-in" ... with capitalization ...
sounds a lot like our friend the Spam King's business.

The whole content of it makes me suspicious.

Personally I would just ignore it unless you start getting complaints
from your customers.
