We've received some 10 of the same form letter to domains we carry.
Since I had 4 waiting for me when I came in this morning, it was pretty
easy to spot the pattern.  Until I get complaints from my customers
about missing their list, I'll consider this one spam.  We also didn't
have them flagged specifically, but I'm betting that spamassassin will
devour everything they send through and my users will continue to be
happy.
