Brightmail have various built-in bits that let people retrieve "greymail".
I spent a few weeks looking at them before I ended up going to a
spamassassin based system (due to launch in the new few days!) for here.

The main reason we went for SA was costs, brightmail have a minimum of
$US 35,000 per year per client and also brightmail only run on Solaris
which would have involved spending a lot on hardware and supporting an
additional OS (we are using Linux on almost all our servers).
