Reject messages are "Delivery Status Notification" messages and have
an envelope sender of "<>" (the "null" sender).  Those messages
probably shouldn't be scanned anyways.  It is up to you to configure
your system to avoid SA-scanning messages that shouldn't be tagged by
SA.
