At the end of your .procmailrc, add the following:

:0c
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The 'c' says "copy", which will copy the message.  One copy continues
through the procmailrc (saving to your inbox), the other hits the copied
rule, which in this case will resend to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

the procmailex man page has information about this stuff. :)
