Thanks Pete, I am running Becky as my mail program, the problem exists before delivery to the mail client.
I have been watching the problem by cat'ing my mail file on the server before imap/pop gets to them and they are being delivered to the users mail file without the attached spam message. I'll look more closely at the rounding of the scores and see what the actuals are.
