The language guessing code (now in CVS) might have been able to detect
that it was Korean if you set your preferences to "ok_languages en" or
such (it's turned off by default).

Unfortunately, those footers can throw off the guessing and make the
message look too much like English.  Maybe we can filter those out
without reducing accuracy too much (strip off last 5 lines if the
message is 40 or more lines long?).
