spamproxyd can lose your mail, so don't use it.

what I'm using is amavisd-new without any antivirus checker.
basically, I configured amavisd-new with the --enable-all flag, then
set the program for $uvscan to /usr/bin/true so it doesn't complain
about a missing virus scanner.  then just follow the directions for
postfix that come with amavisd-new.  it is trivial to get going.  you
don't get per-user configurations, but it is a server-level solution
and your users may not exist on that server anyway (mine don't).
