One of my hosting clients sent himself a mail today.. no subject line and a
PDF attachment - which was evidently attached INLINE, sent from his
worldnet acct to his domain address and it was completely rejected due to
spam.
I placed in the server's white list all the domains on the box like so:

*@nailiteinc.com, *@nailsdirect.com, *@nailsinternational.com,
did that on the day I set SA up.. over a week ago..
The SA header states it is not spam, had a score of 0.5.. so what happened
here??
I tried to recreate the problem with no luck at all
He actually tried this same thing twice.. and the second attempt had a
different score, but the same rejected due to possible spam
I am running a Cobalt Raq4 and have no gone into all 3 of his user's pages
and turned the filter OFF completely at his request - but now realize there
is some trouble there also... as it looks like I kept changing the same
user (thi sI know is a Cobalt issue not here!) the users pages not coming
up properly when asked to change the spam settings.. humm
