Hmm.  Those were originally added a while back when many of our users
found their shipping confirmation notices and similar stuff filtered
out.  It didn't help that this was during a big shopping season.

If it's yanked out, all I ask is that the upgrade docs make this clear
so that I can put some of 'em back in my local site-wide whitelist.
