I'm not super excited about that option -- it means an admin is going to be reading people's private mail (not to mention any porn they subscribed for!). It might be more suitable in a school setting where privacy is less of an issue (the kids presumably being minors), but for email between adults, I much prefer the diversion to a place where it can be recalled concept.
