Hi Ed:

It should do all that you've said as long as you have your mail delivery
thing set up correctly.  I personally use procmail for local mail
delivery, and all it does is pipe all incoming messages to spamc.  After
spamc is done with the emails, it spits it back out.  If they're marked
as spam it gets moved to a special mailbox, if not, then it gets delivered
as normal.

Razor is a built-in check that should be invoked automatically (afaik);
look for razor check things in the spam header after SpamAssassin gets done
with the email.
