There's no harm in reporting a mail more than once.  Just make sure it's
spam before you do so.  ;)

Unfortunately, SA only deals with one message at a time.  You could
run the mailbox through formail, and have it run "spamassassin -r"
on each message.  You may also be interested in a script that I wrote
(URL below) which takes a mail spool and deals with it appropriately
(reports to razor, spamcop, does open relay checks, etc.)
