I've seen a a fair bit of spam where the 'ADV:' bit isn't the first
character -
spammers are trying to get around the law by deliberately making the 
title hard to parse.

The ADLT bit should have a humungous score as it isn't even a parseable
word,
so isn't likely to be a false positive.

I suggest several variants (scores are only for example)

'adv' (case insensitive)       1.0
'ADV' (all caps)                         1.5
'ADV:'                           3.0
'ADLT'                           5.0 (at least)
