I forward all the spam to a 'spamtrap' mailbox on the exchange machine.
SA is good enough that it's rare to get a false positive (once you've 
whitelisted all the HTML-only mailing lists your users are using).  The
users here don't seem to mind me forwarding any false positives that do
occur
to them.  The spamtrap mailbox is readable by all the senior people, so if
I'm
not around & there's a suspicion something has been missed they can check
and
sort it out.
