Most everyone who has a block list seems to have added them.

They -never stop-. Despite being blocked, they continue to hammer away on
my machines, all day long. I'm close to just blocking them on the routers.

I run pflogsumm.pl on my postfix logs every few days, and look at the top
sending domains and hosts. I investigate them closer, and block
domains/hosts based on these.
