Just as an FYI, I went to their website and found this snippet. Don't know if it's believable or not, but ...: Mailing list members are placed on EM5000 by our clients (list owners). As such, EM5000 does not directly add, remove or otherwise manage the lists themselves. Nevertheless, be assured that EM5000 does not divulge email addresses or other information collected by mailing list owners.
