Yes, and they assure me that under Bill s.1618 TITLE III passed by the
105th US Congress their letter cannot be considered spam as long as the
sender includes contact information and a method of removal.

We must be sure to report the clients of em5000.net who don't follow the
rules of Bill s.1618 so em5000.net will drop their account :-)
