Well, actually, looking at the scores all the way back to version 1.3,
the two test in question, RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM and X_OSIRU_SPAM_SRC
(which contrary to above are not really independent sources, but
different lists from the same source) haveremained exactly the same.

So, yes, it would have ben tagged as spam before you upgraded (unless
the upgrade wiped out lower scores set by you in local.cf).

Personally, I think these two tests score just right. A server has to
be a confirmed spam source for it to be on both these lists. I'd
suggest you have four not mutually exclusive options. 1. Contact the
admin for this server informing him of his Osirusoft status and that a
growing number of servers are choosing to completely blacklist based
on such lists. 2. Add the list to your whitelist, as it really does
match the point of whitelisting, an otherwise fine source of email
that comes from an unfortunate domain or contains spammy phrases for a
reason. 3. Lower the scores for each of the tests met, so that there
must be other spammy features to push it over the threshold, but be
aware that this may allow real spam to get through more easily. 4.
Increase your threshold above 5.0, which again may allow mor real spam
to slip through.
