Douglas, The reports tells you that the mailing list is sent through a relay that is known to be used for spam. And this is confirmed by a second source, and the two sources maintain independant databases of relay used by spam. This is pretty much enough to tag the email sent by the list as being spam. But you can always lower the scores if you like them different.
