As you can see from the email attached, this mail got flagged simply because
of 'received via relay' and 'confirmed spam source'
I received the mail from a mailing list. I do *not* want to add the mailing
list address to my whitelist as this mail would have been fine before
upgrading to 2.11

Face it, being one-sided is a BAD THING. Unix was dying because
it was becoming much too one-sided.

One way to eliminate the loadkeys trouble would be to not copy or link a
keymap at all. Instead we could use the command

dumpkeys >/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/defkeymap.map

This will dump the currently active keymap in a format that is independent
of includes. This would follow the principle of least surprise because the
keyboard will have the exact same mapping on the LFS system as on the
host, i.e. after booting into LFS the mapping is the same as it was in
chroot. This saves people the trouble of finding out the proper keymap to
use. Everything will just work as always. The dumpkeys output, because of
its self-containedness also makes it much easier to customize. If someone
objects to the idea of importing the keymap from the host system (although
in this case I think it's a good idea), he can issue the command loadkeys
<keymap_path> inside chroot before executing the dumpkeys.
