In fact it does, I use it to filter SpamAssassin marked emails using the 
X-Spam-Flag: header field. Look for the entry "field in header" (that's a 
rough re-translation of "Feld im Vorspann") in the filter configuration.
The value "contains" "X-Spam-Flag: YES" does the job.
