Robert,

The issue seems to be with my server. When I connect to the the SourceJammer
development server (http://dev.sourcejammer.org.....) I get really good
performance. However, when I connect to my server on my local network I get
really pour performance. This even occurs when I open the SourceJammer client
on the server machine and connect to the archive. I am running one instance of
the SJ server. Could it be something in the Tomcat configuration? (I am using
the default config files)

Hi, Brant.

I want to make sure I understand what's going on. Do you have one instance of
that SJ server that
is running or two? In other words, is the problem with how you connect to the
server (over the
internet vs. over a local network) or with the server itself?

I can't think of anything obvious that would cause SJ itself to run slow.
However, a network
latency could cause slow performance.

I'm sorry if that is not very helpful, but I'm really not sure what to tell you.

By the way, thanks for your nice words about SJ.
