Instead of db-srv as the server, you may have to use:

http://localhost:8080

depending on how you have your SSH tunnel set up.  If
you have specified port 8080 on the client side of the
tunnel and 8080 on your server then the above should
work.

If, say, you've mapped 12345 on the client side of the
tunnel and 8080 on the server side, then you would use

http://localhost:12345
