To answer your question: no, SourceJammer development is not finished. We took 
a break for a
while, but right now we are beginning discussions on what to included in the 
2.2 release. There
will also be a new version of the client and an Eclipse plugin released soon.

I should update the SJ news to announce some of this stuff.

In case you're interested in working on the new release, you might want to 
subscribe to the
sourcejammer-devel mail list.
