OK. We're getting somewhere. The branch report builder is running into a problem 
pulling in the
meta-data file for one of the branches--but it's not a file not found. 

Let's take a look at that master file. It's number 174 in the masterfile directory. 

Also, could you look again for exceptions in the server-side log. We've got to be 
getting some
exception logging in there somewhere.
