hmmm, this code seems to imply that golang hard codes netbsd 5.99 version in the note, which seems like a recipe for future failure to me.. we get this info from crtstuff, which gets a stamp from sys/param.h like normal. i'm not sure what the best way to do this would be for the go build.. .mrg.
