I saw another issue related to the MKCATPAGES=no change that may need to be fixed; building packages from 2011Q4 on NetBSD-current was failing in that I guess if a package used <bsd.prog.mk> then the catpage would not get installed, and the PLIST would not match (eg sysutils/checkperms) iain
