Morning urine has the most nutrients. Second trimester pregnant women
have a high level of immune factors that have been used to treat AIDS.
Children and babies may indeed have more growth hormone but your own
urine is a unique picture of what is going in your body and is thought
by many to be the best. This is getting off topic so I will refer you to
the UT Yahoo list and to Google. The list has many links in the links
section and articles in the files section.

The "baggage" in adult urine is very little, very dilute and thought to
be homeopathically stimulating to the body's healing processes. It is an
ancient therapy, over 5,000 years old and in the pharmcopeia of all
indigenous peoples on the planet. The symbol for urine is one of the
oldest known to man. It is a square with extended corners and a circle
in the middle. It is thought to be the "water of life" referred to in
the Bible.

Even the army dehydrated rations now come with instructions on how to
rehydrate it with urine in the absence of potable water.
