Evening Charles,
>> I have to get the sugar levels down in 30 days or the Dr. is going to
put me on meds......
Gee, he made a strong and worrisome threat, did he not?
First, change all your eating habits, especially the one of eating three
meals per day. I think this is a
disastrous way to eat. I wonder where and why it originated.
Instead, try eating 5, 7, or 10 times per day. Eat very small amounts.
Try eating 5 to 10 almonds per hour, by the clock. Mix this with walnuts
and pecans. A few pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds mixed in will help
too. Eat these one item at a time, or mix to suit your taste.
( all raw of course )
Unless you have some problems that keep you from doing this, give it a
try. Eat less cooked food.
Consider the years you have eaten like the rest of the American
People, all wrong.
By doing this I am amazed how little typical food and cooked food I really
want. This should help anyone who has carb cravings. Mix in your favorite
fresh fruit a time or two per day to get the essential carbs.
If the digestion system is working right, a very, very small amount of food
will pick you up, and provide energy for a few hours.
You should never feel full, never run our of energy, and will likely loose
weight.
Of course I realize this may not work well if the body chemistry is already
compromised, or other serious malfunctions exist.
