I have diabetes and take CS but I have not noticed any effect of the CS on
my diabetes. I usually take CS in response to a particular problem/illness
and do not take it routinely in any large quantities. On second thought, I
take a mouthful every night just before I brush my teeth to keep my gums in
good shape. If it would help my diabetes, I would take as much as would be
needed. Although I have not attributed it to CS, my diabetes is under
excellent control. I think it is because of the very tight control I have
on my diet. I do not take insulin or any meds. You have me interested now
and I also would like to hear from anyone who feels that CS is helping
their diabetes.
