Hi Mike;

I've had my Mystique for about a month now.

I have a breathing problem that no MD has been able to put a finger on. I
have been diagnosed with COPD, Sleep Apnea, Shrinking Lung, and have had
more tests than anyone could believe. My big problem was I could not take a
deep breath, or climb stairs. Physical work was out of the question. My
Grandson has to cut the grass of a small yard because I could not manage to
follow behind a self-propelled lawn mower.

I smoked for over fifty years. Not a real heavy smoker. About a pack a day,
and I'm a junkie. I quit twice and after three years, took one cigarette and
within one week I was back to a pack a day.......Both times:-(

The last time I quit smoking was when I drove to the Hospital for Cancer
surgery for the tongue. Not a Happy thought. It was five years ago, and
although every once in a while I think I might enjoy a cigarette, I have
learned my lesson. But I digress.

I had always heard that when you quit smoking, your Lungs start to heal.
Well, I don't know about that. As stated above, I got to a point where I
could not get a deep breath. Also, my Blood Oxygen level dropped from 91 to
81 after a 150' walk in the Hospital. Now that's frightening! The Doctors
solution was to get a "Oxygen concentrator" (expensive machine) and stay
tethered to it as long as possible, every day. This was not a pleasant chore
and have pity for people who have the "Nose Hose".

So, after all the Doctors and all the tests, I decided to do something for
myself. I bought a Lung Exerciser. A unit that you breath through which is
adjustable and makes your lungs, exercise. I started at the lowest level and
worked upward. This unit works, but, I still needed something more. So I
purchased the Mystique.

It works wonderfully. I fill the base of the unit as instructed with DW and
the medicine cup with 10ppm Cs. I sit in the recliner in front of the TV and
use the unit for ten minutes (it shuts off after 10 Min automatically) two
or three times a day. My lungs feel great! I can now lay in bed a draw a
deep breath, after the first week. I have cut my applications back somewhat
as I think I started to develop a cough. My B/O levels have risen
appreciably. I would have liked to tell the Doctors about this, but, they
really don't want to know.

I am considering using some DSMO with the Cs but right now I'm happy and I
don't want to fix something that's working.

If your having breathing problems DO NOT be afraid to use this ultrasonic
nebulizer and cs. If you have any questions contact me off forum.

Best,
John.
