CS>CS stains on counter tops

messy me has over time spilled small amounts of cs on both white and yellow 
Formica countertops as well as a few drops on the white facing of the 
dishwasher door.  Have gray stains on them that nothing I have tried removes. 
Tried peroxide, oxyclean, bleach, soda, dish soap.   Anyone had this problem 
and solved it?
