===================== Gary, Fibromyalgia is really a collection of symptoms characterized by a baseline number of certain tender spots on the body. Nutritional deficiencies play a huge role in this-including magnesium. From my experience, people with fibro may have higher than usual requirements of magnesium. Also consider the possibility of mycoplasma and other chronic, low-level infections. My Rife Handbook goes into this in great detail. Magnesium "Oil" can be rubbed onto the body, filling the bloodstream and tissues with magnesium levels many times over what the digestive tract can tolerate. You can purchase Magnesium Oil online or make your own inexpensively, using magnesium chloride flakes (also called nigari, used to make tofu) and water. Avoiding wheat and all glutinous grains is also an excellent idea. Gluten damages the gut of even "normal" non-celiac folks.
