I would suggest that if you make your own magnesium "oil" that you mix it 50% by volume of magnesium chloride (nigari) flakes and distilled water. You really don't need it more concentrated than that especially if you want to rub it on your skin. The flakes don't add much volume to the water after they are mixed so you can judge approximately how many teaspoons of magnesium chloride you used by the volume of liquid that you use.
