I remember when I failed an eye exam from being able to look high up and they
referred me to a specialist. In the mean time, I went to an herbal farm, talked
to the owner and she said that the liver had a lot to do with the eyes, so she
would take lots of milk thistle. I did, and when my apt. came, I passed all
tests. Milk thistle cleanses so should help on cleansing the kidney stones. I
don't know about dandelion tea but anxious to here comments.

By the way, where is a.c.202? I have a question concerning someone who just
sued me in case you are able and willing to answer a question?

I think magnesium citrate is the more bio available form of magnesium.
Also orotate or chloride I believe, but this is more expensive. I have taken
about 600mgs of citrate with no ill effect, but I have a high bowel tolerance.
If you have a poor one, then start low - maybe 200mgs. Dee

        Hi MA,

Good questions on the type of magnesium.

Also, please tell us how much (bowel tolerance?), and how long should
this
        be done?

        Thank you,

        Jean
