how can you improve Kidneys that only function 25%? is dandelion tea
good along with Milk thistle?

I think magnesium citrate is the more bio available form of magnesium.
Also orotate or chloride I believe, but this is more expensive.  I have
taken about 600mgs of citrate with no ill effect, but I have a high
bowel tolerance.  If you have a poor one, then start low - maybe 200mgs.
