I did post about this process before. My BP was in  what is considered a 
dangerous range.  Top # ran 180's to  200's   . They wanted to put me on BP 
med. which I didn't want to  do. I did a lot of net searching and found this 
method. There is really no need  to buy anything . As Wayne wrote, the old 
body will do what it should do with a  little help.  The breathing method has 
totally controlled my BP. It is  usually in the 113/ 74  area. { unless I'm 
running from a Bear or ducking  one of those bats with the stinger..}    I 
do this about twice a  week. Easy while driving as I'm forced to sit for  
awhile.   {{{  Breath in for 30 seconds---Breath out for 30  seconds.  Do this 
10 times & that's it....   The hardest part  for me was learning to 
breath--in for 30 sec.'s  It took awhile to get that  part of the process. The 
out 
for 30 seconds was no problem..   {{ a  couple sites suggested --breath in 
through the nose & out through the mouth.  another suggested the yoga position 
with hands palm up on your lap with  ring finger & thumb  touching.}}    { 
I just  breath :-)   }
