One thing about Bob, he always identifies the risk as well as the potential reward.
He takes more risks than I would at this point be willing to do.
I too have blood pressure problems, but I have decided to address them the old fashioned way, through diet and exercise. This has worked for me in the past, and, although is not risk free, I believe is less risky than possibly overdoing supplements. I am taking supplements, especially ubiquinol, but only in the recommended dosages.
If that does not work, then I will have to consider something more radical.
Like eliminating caffeine (something I have had a lot of trouble doing!).
