Why can't you just mix them together in water and then take them?<

The method was hinted at by Mark Sircus in one of his newsletters. He seemed
to make it sound like he was going to expound on it in a book, but someone
who bought the book didn't find much more about it than his original hint.

He seemed to have something against the Seltzer & MoM method and said that
the 2 powders method was more controllable. To me after my experience, that
would be like saying a pair of pliers is more controllable than tweezers.

Anyway I was already learning how efficacious the Seltzer & MoM method was
at that time and was eager to try the new method after I was no longer
progressing with the original method.

So I just jumped in and figured it out for myself. I'm assuming that there
is a different reaction if you mix the two powders together in vitro rather
than in vivo. I experimented with the time interval and came up with the 3
minutes as optimal for my needs.
