Personally, my opinion is that many people with allergies (particularly respiratory allergies) have chronic infections of bacteria, virus, or fungus such as chronic mold infection deep in the sinuses. This doesn't account for all allergic reactions, but CS would certainly help with those due to chronic infections. I personally don't believe CS does anything to the immune system but lighten the load. The trick is to get the infectious load down to where the person's immune system can control or eliminate it, or to use enough silver, delivered to the source of the infection to knock it out if the immune system cannot function adequately. A vet once told me no antibiotic (conventional) will ever kill any infection completely, that at some point the body's immune system must kick in and finish the infection off, or keep it under control. If the immune system cannot, then the infection will always return and probably the pathogens will develop resistance to the antibiotic over time. I imagine that the same might be the case with at least some infections and silver. But the good side is silver is non-toxic, doesn't have the adverse effects of conventional abx, and if you make your own, you can take/use all you need for as long as you want or need it.

it could but then, CS helps in all sorts of ways that you wouldn't think, i
e.. My friend was taking it for a sore throat, and the swelling she got in
her feet at night stopped! I can't explain it either! I think I must have had an infected gland or something, as I had the weird bubble' in my cheek, but I don't really know what it was, only that it freaked me out!
