To cut to the chase, I took CS every ten minutes for an hour and then suddenly, it felt slightly easier. After another couple of swigs, it was gone, bar a slight swelling along my jaw and a slight tenderness. An hour later there was no sign that anything odd had happened. I have no idea wha! t it was but maybe a blocked gland or something, but whatever it was, it was no match for CS, and I thank providence for the day I discovered it.
