Just in case this helps with any future episodes - years ago there was mumps in the house and I got it too. Oh, the pain! I discovered that if I did reflexology on the side of the stems of my toes - the in between parts - the pain would go away, but only for as long as I actually rubbed them, which was not possible to keep up for long. But it must also have some healing effect, surely, and is at least interesting to identify the spot with the area affected. "Just in cased". Rowena
I get the same thing. I think it may be a blocked salivary gland. It affects my sub-mandibular gland and everything swells up amazingly fast from under my ear all the way down to under my chin where the salivary gland has enlarged and is accompanied by a slight tickle and itch type sensation. ...Yesterday, I had a sort of bubble appear inside my cheek, and I had a vague twinge in my jaw, ... I had a huge swelling right from my cheek and ear and starting down my neck. I can tell you I almost freaked as I looked like something out of a horror film! I guzzled some CS down as I was panicking because my throat felt tight and I thought it may be an allergic reaction to something. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
